An experienced installer devotes with minutes terminating each device. With the EdgeConnect user-ready screwless termination system, simply insert the wire and press the plunger down. No tools required. The connection is fool-proof and secure. The patented spring clamp termination tightens securely on the wire overcoming the effects of strand relaxation, reducing the potential for termination overheat in the most demanding environments. Any qualified installer, regardless of training or experience level, can guarantee high-quality results. About 11 seconds per termination. The plungers are even color coded, eliminating confusion, and can be unwired easily using a screwdriver with the built in fulcrums as leverage points.
