• Made from a specially blended plastisol (PVC) material designed to “lock in” the oils (plasticizer) to promote a longer product life. • A minimum thickness of 100 mils, with a voltage gradient of 300 volts/mil. • Gray appearance with added UV stabilizers. • A fungicide is also added to prevent the formation of mold when installed in a shady location. • Fits a varietyof insulators and comes completewith locking ring tohold it in place.

TYPE AG-RF (Retro-Fit)

• Made from a specially blended plastisol (PVC) material designed to “lock in” the oils (plasticizer) to promote a longer product life. • A minimum thickness of 100 mils, with a voltage gradient of 300 volts/mil. • Gray appearance with added UV stabilizers. • A fungicide is also added to prevent the formation of mold when installed in a shady location. • Locking ring keeps guard from riding up on the conductors (locks onto first skirt of the insulator). Slit down side to assist installation.
