Located in Buford, Georgia FCA is a premium supplier and manufacturer of optical cable management systems for the broadband, utility and communications markets. Opti-Loop brings quality, service and technology to HPS. “This addition extends our capability and also marks our commitment to the communications market,” said Bill Hains, Divisional Vice President.
