VERSA-CRIMP® ALUMINUM COMPRESSION SPLICE TYPES VC-A, VC-AR, VC-R FULL TENSION-AAC and ACSR

• ANSI C119.4, full tension, Class 1 connector (95% of conductor breaking strength) • For use with VERSA-CRIMP ® tools only • For aluminum, single core ACSR, 5005, 6201 and compact conductor splicing • Compressed (compact) conductor sizes within the same deci- mal conductor range are recommended. • One piece splice eliminates cutting back the aluminum strands on ACSR conductors, except on VC90R which requires the outside layer (aluminum strands) to be cut back 5” on each side.
