• The Acceptor Series uses a delayed action, twist-to-lock feature to prevent an engaged plug from being removed under load. • Intermateable with similar competitive products, including certified for use with Crouse-Hinds ® Ark-Gard ® 2 and Appleton ® U-Line ® devices. • Available with the exclusive BREECH LOCK CAP – patented notch provides “3rd Hand” operation, so the lid stays open while engaging plug • Breech Cap models Type 4X rated with lid closed and turned, Type 3 when plug engaged. Flip Lid models Type 3 with hinge in up position. • “T-Slot” Receptacles allow for use of 15 or 20A plugs. • Replacement Breech Cap Lid Kit = KIT-173B • Replacement Flip Lid Kit = KIT-173 • Utilize Versamate mounting boxes, with a rotateable design to allow more installation options. • Suitable for install on sheet metal enclosures which contain no arcing or sparking devices.
