Aluminum alloy, tube to tube, couplers are designed for corona free service at 500 KV. This is an internal fitting connector with sufficient chamfer adjacent to tube ends for proper welding. The fitting is of sufficient strength to give adequate support to the tubing. The smooth contoured surface of this connector is free of nicks and burrs, which make it suitable for high voltage corona free application. To specify for extra heavy schedule 80 EHIPS tubing, add “H” to catalog number; example: WLIH- 45-3030-EHV. Material: Castings - 356-T6 aluminum alloy
