Bus Transfer Device The bus transfer device is used on AC disconnectors instead of a traditional arcing horn when bus transfer switching is required. The device can allow a disconnector to create an alternate bus configuration during circuit breaker maintenance. The GTMS bus transfer device is tested for bus transfer switching up to 1600A at 200V.

Motor Mechanism The GTMS motor mechanism is designed for use with disconnectors and earthing switches of all types. The IP 54 metal enclosure has a secondary hinged panel to separate controls from electrical components. The motor mechanism comes equipped with a manual crank handle for use in the event of an emergency or loss of power to the motor. Motors come with provisions for local or remote operations. Optional communications devices can be added. The motor is available in the following voltage levels: 48 Vdc, 125 Vdc, 220 Vac, 380 Vac, 440 Vac, and 480 Vac.
