Installation is quick and simple. • Bore the hole with hand or power drill, making sure that the diameter of the hole is ¼-inch larger than the diameter of the unexpanded anchor. • Drop the anchor in the hole. Put a bar through the large eye of the anchor rod. • Turn the rod until the anchor is firmly expanded against the sides of the hole. Grouting should be done if protection of the rock against weathering is a concern. • This wedging force holds the anchor securely in place to stay.
