Our Prefabricated wire mesh is used in the telecommunication industry to improve grounding and reduce electromagnetic interference. It is also used in power plants and sub-station facilities to reduce potential injury due to electrical discharge. We manufacture our ground mesh from solid copper or copper clad steel wire. The wire size range from #10 AWG to #4 AWG. We offer ground mesh with no overhang and overlapping ends typical . Overlapping Ends This configuration is designed to allow for side by side connections of adjoining mats; thus providing the easiest method of joining two mesh sections. Adding 2” to one half the conductor spacing provides the overlapping ends. For example, if the mesh size is 6” square, the overlapping end length is 5”.
